What image format should I use for uploading my design?

An image with a high pixel resolution is the perfect base for the printing process, which is why we require a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Format accepted: JPG, PNG, AI, PSD (for images that might require adjustments or revisions, it is best to send layered files).

Can I request assistance with designing my product?

Yes, please reach out to us so we can discuss how we can help meet your needs. For customized requirements, a layout may be provided for final approval. Additional fees may apply depending on circumstances. As we are not primarily a graphic design firm, we only create designs for the items we produce. We retain the rights to all design work created by our team, and any future print runs of these designs must be processed exclusively with us. This helps us maintain the quality and integrity of the designs we craft for you. In the event that the artwork is needed for other uses, it may be provided for an additional fee. Please ask for a quote.

Can you customize products or items that are not in your catalog?

Yes, we strive to meet every customer’s needs. Please reach out to us so we can collaborate and see how we can meet your requirements and/or provide alternative options.

What if I don’t need personalization on my item, is this possible? And will price be lower?

Yes, you can opt not to have your item personalized, but the price is the same whether or not the item is personalized. 

Can I order samples before finalizing my bulk order?

Yes, this can be arranged with a sampling fee. Depending on the quantity of your bulk order, sampling fees (or part thereof) may be deducted from the final billing on a case to case basis, mainly contingent on final quantity of order.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom items?

We have no MOQs for most items (yes we can highlight this somehow as our competitive advantage) but prices can vary based on quantity and special items. For bulk orders, you may reach out here.

What if I need an item that is out of stock or backordered?

For items that are out of stock, please reach out to see if the specific item/s can be backordered. Note that backordered items might have a longer lead time.

What payment methods do you accept?
  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit - Bank account details will be provided upon request or at checkout.

  • All available payment methods supported by Paymongo for Shopify:
  1. Visa/Mastercard Card payments via Straight Payments, Hold and Capture Payments, and Save Card
  2. E-Wallets via GCash, GrabPay, and Maya
  3. Pay via QR Code with QRPH

Is full payment required before processing my order?

Since all items are either personalized or customized, we request FULL payment upon order. Your order will be added to the queue only after FULL PAYMENT has been received. 

Do you accept down payments or partial payments for bulk orders?

Yes we do, please contact us directly for this arrangement so we can send you a payment link. However, final payment of outstanding balance must be fully settled prior to pickup or delivery.

How long does it take to process my order? When does the lead time start?
  • Lead times are usually 2-4 weeks. Can vary based on item, quantity, and client requests.
  • PRODUCTION WILL ONLY BEGIN UPON RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT and final approval if layout is customized. Order of production is based on order of payments received. Consequently, the promised turnaround time will begin counting from the date the payment is confirmed and customized layout approved. 
  • To avoid delay, if payment was made outside of Creativitee website, please show proof of payment (send to +639175289093 or email to creativiteegifts@gmail.com). 
Can I request expedited processing? Shorter lead time?

For rush orders, please contact us.  We do accept rush orders; however, we will let you know if this is possible depending on specific item and quantity. Additional rush fee will apply.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Please contact us for a quote.

What shipping options are available? Pickup or delivery?

For customers based in Metro Manila, all orders must be picked up from our location in Makati City. We will contact you once your order is ready for pickup.

  1. Pickup time is strictly between 8am to 8pm only. 
  2. We can also help you book a rider via Grab or Lalamove for delivery by request. Please contact Aiza at +639537360296 to coordinate pickup or delivery. Kindly specify [YOUR NAME] under the rider’s notes. Make sure to use the name submitted in the order form to avoid confusion and delays.
  3. Orders not picked up within 30 days are deemed abandoned.

For customers based outside Metro Manila or for international orders, please contact us for available shipping options. All shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

How long does shipping take for orders outside of Metro Manila or for international orders?

Shipping days will depend on delivery location and the courier chosen. This can be finalized once order is placed. To find out in advance, please contact us.

How can I track my order?

Depending on shipping method and courier chosen, a tracking number may be provided, if available.

What happens if my order is delayed or lost?

There are several causes for delays in orders. To avoid delays, please do the following:

  • Make the payment upon placing your order
  • If paying outside of the Creativitee website, provide proof of payment asap to to +639175289093 or email to creativiteegifts@gmail.com
  • We will contact you for any clarifications or pending details needed to begin production of your item, such as approvals for final design, layout, color, or print size, etc, as well as confirmations on spelling and other issues. When this happens, please reply immediately to avoid delays. A delay in your response will automatically lead to a longer lead time. 
  • We are not responsible for lost items since the orders will be picked up from our location or sent via courier. You may opt to insure you package, if preferred.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

For any modifications in you order, please contact us. We will let you know if possible depending on stage in the production process. Note modifications in you order will automatically lead to a longer lead time.

What is your policy on order cancellations?

Since all items are customized or personalized, orders may not be cancelled.

What is your policy on returns?

Since all items are customized or personalized, we do not offer returns.

How do I report a damaged or defective item?

Please contact us. We can arrange for a replacement/refund for damages or errors on our part and if the item is defective prior to pickup or delivery. We are not responsible for mishandling via courier and wear and tear.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or corporate orders?

All our prices are fixed. However, depending on item and quantity, please contact us to get a more accurate quote and for more information.

Can you handle corporate branding and logos?

Yes, as long as we are provided with a high res file. Minimum of 300dpi.

Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging services?

Some items automatically come in gift boxes. For those that don’t, an option may be provided for gift wrapping. Additional fees will apply. For special cases or further inquiries, please contact us.
