Policies and Procedures for Corporate or Bulk Orders

1. Inquiry & Quotation

  • Reach out to us via email (creativiteegifts@gmail.com), mobile (SMS +639175289093), Instagram (@creativitee.ph) or via our website contact form with your order details. 
  • You may view items on our website or via our catalog here. If you require items not in our website or catalog, please reach out to us so we can collaborate and see how we can meet your requirements and/or provide alternative options.
  • As per request, we can provide a custom quote. Make sure to provide the following information: item, color, quantity, customization and deadline.
  • We will get back to you in 1-2 days.
  • For urgent requirements, contact us via +639175289093 (SMS, Viber, WhatsApp). If we are not able to pick-up your call, shoot us a message via SMS. We are more responsive to SMS/Viber/WhatsApp messages.

2. Order Confirmation & Payment

  • Once the details of your order have been finalized (item, quantity, color, deadline), we’ll confirm the final order details and request full or deposit payment.
  • Production only begins once payment is confirmed, or an official Company Purchase Order is received, and when final layout has been approved (for customized orders).

3. Design Submission

  • Submit your logo or design in an accepted file format (e.g., vector or high-resolution images - at least 300dpi - .JPG, .PNG, AI, PSD, Canva).
  • Our design team will review and ensure the design/resolution meets quality printing standards.
  • For customized requirements, a layout may be provided for final approval. Additional fees may apply depending on circumstances. As we are not primarily a graphic design firm, we only create designs for the items we produce. We retain the rights to all design work created by our team, and any future print runs of these designs must be processed exclusively with us. This helps us maintain the quality and integrity of the designs we craft for you. In the event that the artwork is needed for other uses, it may be provided for an additional fee. Please ask for a quote.
  • We will contact you for any clarifications or pending details needed to begin production of your item, such as approvals of final design, layout, color, or print size, etc, as well as confirmations on spelling and any other issues. When this happens, please reply immediately to avoid delays. A delay in your response will automatically lead to a longer lead time.

4. Production & Quality Check 

  • Once the design or layout is approved, your order enters production, where we ensure every item meets your specifications.
  • The lead time will only commence once the final layout has been reviewed and approved.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We will contact you once your item is ready for pickup or delivery.

6. Post-Delivery Support

  • If there are any issues, please contact us for further assistance.
  • This streamlined process ensures that your corporate or bulk orders are handled efficiently, with a focus on quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
